Return Policy – Important Notice

Please read this Return Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order support@kingstonelondon.be , you agree to the terms outlined below.


Returning a Product

Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.
Unfortunately, requests made after this 30-day period cannot be accepted, and we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Return Conditions

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

For products where hygiene is relevant, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.


Damage Due to Personal Use

We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Misuse

  • Negligence

  • Improper handling

Only manufacturing defects are covered under this Return Policy.


Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Exceptions)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Other sealed hygiene products once opened

These exclusions apply regardless of the condition of the item.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us by email at (your store email address) and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A clear photo of the item (required if damaged or defective)

  • Your contact details

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

  1. Please check your bank or card account again

  2. If the issue persists, contact us at (your store email address)


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for returns lost during transit


Return Address

All returns must be shipped to Asia.
Please note that international shipping costs start from $25 and are fully at the customer’s expense.


Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost

  • If the issue occurs again with the replacement, you will be entitled to a full refund


Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the time of purchase due to our automated processing system.
