Article 3 – Applicability

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with UK consumer law, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days from the day on which the product is received, without giving any reason.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer, unless otherwise stated.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalised products
Hygienic or sealed items where the seal has been broken after delivery

All prices are stated in GBP (£) and include UK VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Additional charges such as customs duties or import taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 10 – Delivery

Orders will be delivered within 30 days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed upon.
Any customs duties or import VAT applicable to deliveries outside the UK are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 11 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of delivery via email.
We will respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
